Dive Against Debris

We're opening our college centered program to the greater community. If you're a certified diver, join us for a dive aboard Ally's Way to clean up trash from our adopted reef: St. Petersburg Downtown Reef.   Utilize your dive skills to remove anchor lines, plastic, mono-filament fishing line, tires, and more debris from our local waters. Dives are completely free, and rental gear is included, but donations are greatly appreciated.

February 2nd at 8:00am - Egmont Key*

March 8th at 1:00 pm - St. Petersburg Reef

March 29th at 10:30 am - Egmont Key*

April 19th at 12:30 pm - Apollo Beach

The fine print:

Divers must have a logged dive within the last six months, and at  least 10 dives in order to participate in a Dive Against Debris. Except for dives marked with a *.

If you don't fit these criteria, contact Ellie Foden at erfoden@eckerd.edu.

Diver's Alert Network Insurance is required to dive off of Ally's Way.

Max limit of 6 divers per trip.
